What To Expect

You can order an individual transfer from your hotel or villa or come to the base yourself. You must wait for the car at the reception of your hotel or near the villas. The cost of an individual transfer must be clarified with the manager through an online chat on the site.

Main tour program

At the appointed time, you need to arrive in the Kuta area. Here you will be given sports equipment (jet ski, life jacket and goggles). The instructors will tell you about the necessary driving rules and safety on the water.

Program: Kuta - Legian - Seminyak - Canggu - Kuta

Program duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Description: A breathtaking race with waves along the island's luxurious beach clubs and popular surf spots to the black sand of talked-about Canggu.

After completing a trip along the route, if you ordered an individual transfer, the driver will wait for you in the parking lot and take you back to the hotel or villa. The exact time of arrival at the hotel depends on the traffic situation and the remoteness of your hotel.

Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds for the service are made with a deduction of 10% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client at 30 days before the start of the event or if there is an official document from a medical institution.
  • Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
  • A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
  • Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
  • We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
  • We review the issue of a refund up to 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
  • We provide a refund within 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
