What To Expect
You can come to the base yourself or order an individual transfer from your hotel / villa. You must wait for the car at the reception of your hotel or near the villa. The cost of an individual transfer must be clarified with our manager through an online chat on the site.
The main program of the tour
At the appointed time, you will be given sports equipment (ATV, helmet and boots). The instructors will tell you about the necessary driving rules and about safety on the track. ATVs are easy to manage, after a couple of exercises you will begin your journey. But despite all the simplicity, we ask you to pay attention and caution during the trip.
An hour and a half track passes through the jungle, along rice terraces and small rivers and waterfalls. At the end of the journey, you can enjoy a lunch of Indonesian dishes.
After completing a trip along the route, if you ordered an individual transfer, the driver will wait for you in the parking lot and take you back to the hotel or villa. The exact time of arrival at the hotel depends on the traffic situation and the remoteness of your hotel.

Cancellation Policy
- Refunds for the service are made with a deduction of 10% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client at least 14 days before the start of the event or if there is an official document from a medical institution.
- If the cancellation is made on the day before the trip, then the refund will be made with a deduction of 50% of the payment amount.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
